East Precinct detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for the June 1st apparent drug-related fatal shooting of Ibrahim Oruc, 48, inside a short term rental in the 1200 block of Joseph Avenue.
Oruc was one of three persons who reportedly met two men at the house.
