US Bank's Donelson Branch Robbed; Suspect Sought

Metro police and the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force are working to identify the man who this afternoon robbed US Bank’s branch office in the Donelson Kroger store at 143 McGavock Pike.
The robber, a white man in his late 30s to early 40s, approached a teller at 1:22 p.m. and told her, “This is a robbery!  Give me the money!”  No weapon was threatened or visible.
At the time of the holdup, the suspect wore blue jeans, a blue jacket and a blue toboggan hat.  The surveillance system at the branch recorded clear pictures of his face.  He fled the parking lot in a white four-door sedan.
