Session 66 Graduates

The Nashville police department’s officer ranks grew by 30 on December 1 with the graduation of the latest class of trainees. The new officers received their badges from Chief Anderson and took the oath of office from Mayor Dean during a ceremony at The Cathedral of Praise, 4300 Clarksville Pike.

The members of the graduating class began training on July 1. The new officers will spend the next five to six months with precinct field training officers before patrolling the streets by themselves.
