Precinct-Based Undercover Detectives Charged 106 Persons This Week

Undercover detectives assigned to the department’s seven precincts charged 106 persons this week with mostly drug and prostitution offenses as the result of investigations in various Nashville neighborhoods.
South Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Linbar Drive, Southgate Avenue, 2nd Avenue South, Crenshaw Avenue, Lafayette Street, Brenda Court, Murfreesboro Pike, and Thompson Place. Seized were approximately 30 grams of marijuana, one gram of cocaine and two guns.
Hermitage Precinct detectives charged 26 persons as the result of investigations on Royal Parkway, Donelson Pike, Robertson Street, Lewis Street, Murfreesboro Pike, Fairfield Avenue, Maury Street, Lafayette Street, Kothe Way, Krohn Drive, and Thompson Lane. Seized were nine grams of marijuana, seven grams of cocaine and $465 cash.
West Precinct detectives charged 13 persons as the result of investigations on Delaware Avenue, Cabot Drive, Robertson Road, and Old Hickory Boulevard. Seized were 75 grams of marijuana, 92 pills, four grams of cocaine and one handgun.
North Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Panorama Drive, Clay Street, Brick Church Pike, and West Trinity Lane. Seized were 166 grams of marijuana, one-half gram of cocaine, 50 pills, one gun and $325 cash.
East Precinct detectives charged 12 persons as the result of investigations on Gallatin Pike, Dickerson Pike, Luton Street, and Trinity Lane. Seized were 1.8 grams of cocaine, .1 grams of heroin, 59 grams of marijuana, six Roxycodone pills, one gun and $181 cash.
Madison Precinct detectives charged 16 persons as the result of investigations on Gallatin Pike, Old Hickory Boulevard, Walton Lane, and Myatt Drive. Seized were four grams of cocaine, 200 grams of marijuana, 20 Lortab pills, ten Xanax pills, one vehicle and $850 cash.
Central Precinct detectives charged 14 persons as the result of investigations on Jefferson Street, Drexel Street, and Delta Avenue. Seized were three grams of marijuana.
