Metro Nashville Looks For Feedback On New Metro Website

Residents can submit feedback through online survey
Metro Nashville’s website (www.nashville.gov) is being redesigned, and the city wants to hear from residents.
Beginning Monday, October 8, Nashvillians can complete a brief online survey to share their feedback regarding their existing experience and recommendations for the new site. The city is looking for feedback on their overall website experience, including functionality, navigation and accessibility.
“We are looking to receive as much constructive feedback – both positive and negative – as possible as we begin the process of refreshing the Nashville.gov website,” said Keith Durbin, Metro’s Chief Information Officer. “In 2017 alone, there were nearly 3.5 million unique visitors to Metro Nashville’s website. If you were one of these visitors, we want to hear directly from you as we work to build a website that maintains everything you like about the existing site, while highlighting opportunities for improvement.”

The website redesign process is expected to take about a year.
“Starting with this first survey, there will be opportunities throughout this process for the public to weigh in,” Durbin said.
