Zachary Hubbard Sought for Mapco Robbery

Arrest warrants charging aggravated robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated assault have been issued against Zachary Hubbard, 26, for the December 4 hold-up of the Mapco at 710 Stewarts Ferry Pike.

In this case, Hubbard is alleged to have placed a knife to a customer’s neck outside the store and forced her inside where he demanded and received money from the clerk. Hubbard, who is homeless, is also a suspect in two similar robberies on December 10 at two Mapco locations, 585 Stewarts Ferry Pike and 440 Harding Place. He has previous convictions for facilitating robbery and evading arrest in Knox County.
