Metro Animal Care and Control Emergency Response Message

3/3/2020

Metro Animal Care and Control (MACC) is sending our thoughts to the people and animals affected by the storms that hit our area overnight. The shelter is closed for adoptions today as we focus efforts on emergency response. If you have found a stray animal in the areas hit by the tornado, and you have the animal contained, we ask you to call us at 615-862-7928.

Please leave a message if no one answers, as our call volume has increased.

If you have lost your pet, complete a 'Lost Pet' report located on our website or Pet Harbor, or call our office.

Animal Care and Control and the Nashville Humane Association will provide support for pet owners at emergency shelters in Davidson County.

We are still assessing the community’s needs, and will have more information about donations as those needs become clearer. #NashvilleStrong
