Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, Water Services Development Services Will Distribute Meters and Take Payments by Appointment Only


Appointments will be scheduled between 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For convenience and safety, we will also accept Credit Card Payments. To pay by credit card, please call at 615-862-4084 on Tuesday or Friday between 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Plan review fee appointments should be scheduled by contacting your plan review engineer or emailing

When emailing to schedule a payment appointment, please place PAYMENT in the subject line and include the permit number. An email response will be sent either requesting additional information or providing approval and an appointment date and time. Email confirmation will also be sent upon approval of emailed meter submission when meters are ready to be picked up.

We are unable to accept any walk-in;  all visitors must have an appointment.
