Metropolitan Clerk’s Office Ceases Counter Services in Response to COVID-19
The Metro Clerk’s Office is committed to the health and safety of the community. In accordance with these considerations, we have adjusted our procedures to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus while continuing to provide essential services as defined by Metropolitan Department of Health Order No. 3, “Safer at Home.”
Effective immediately, the Clerk’s Office will no longer be available for face to face customer services.
Public records requests should be submitted online at hub.nashville.gov by selecting the “Public Records Request” icon. These requests will continue to be processed in accordance with our routine practices.
Commercial solicitation practices are suspended at this time under the Metropolitan Department of Health Order No. 3, Safer at Home.
