3rd Person from Wednesday Night's Juvenile Crime Task Force Pursuit Arrested

The third person in the Chrysler 300 that fled from Juvenile Crime Task Force officers late Wednesday night before crashing on I-24 in Rutherford County has been apprehended.
He is identified as convicted felon Xavier Devon Pankey, 19, who was arrested today near the Waldron Road exit off I-24. Pankey is jailed on charges of felony cocaine possession, felony gun possession, evading arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pankey was convicted of felony reckless endangerment last fall and received a two-year probated sentence. At the time of his arrest today, Pankey was free on $37,500 bond stemming from his arrest last December 17 on felony cocaine, marijuana and gun possession charges.
