Metro Water Services Announces Updated Development-Related Payment Procedures Beginning April 6


In compliance with Metro Water Services’ Pandemic Plan Phase 2 (performing regulatory and emergency services while maintaining a 10 foot distance from other people) and to help protect the health of our community and our employees, we will no longer be accepting checks, mailed or dropped off, at any of our locations for development related activities. All checks will be returned to the presenter. If we do not have the return address, we will contact the presenter and obtain a return address.This goes into effect immediately and will be strictly enforced.

Payments will be accepted via credit card by calling 615-862-4084.

Checks for capacity fees can be mailed to the Metro Water Services lock box at P.O. BOX 305225, Nashville, TN 37230-5225. Please remember to include project case number and associated property address.
