Copernicus is born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He received his Exercise and Sports Science degree from the University of Alabama. He has six years of natural bodybuilding experience and is a nationally qualified NPC men's physique competitor. Copernicus places an emphasis on wholesome, well-balanced nutrition, training for functionality, and sustainable fitness to promote longevity.

Personal trainer and fitness specialist, Dillon Hoyt, holds certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and TRX. After graduating from NPTI in Orlando, he continued his education at East Carolina University, where he graduated as a Health Fitness Specialist. In his ten years of experience, Dillon has worked with a variety of clientele, including those with spinal cord injuries, obesity, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes.

Misty holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise Science from Tennessee State University. She is passionate about creating a holistic sustainable approach to fitness, which motivates, promotes, and supports overall wellness. Misty encourages her clients to accept who they are, but not where they are. She believes that no matter your fitness level, you are always capable of achieving more, and taking your potential to a new level. Misty has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over ten years, her clientele includes all ages and levels.

I want to make personal training truly personal by listening and understanding my client's needs, likes and dislikes when it comes to fitness. I am also a Tactical Strength and Conditioning coach for first responders (military, fire/EMS, police corrections, etc.) and TRX Suspension Trainer certified, as well as a Metabolic Conditioning Coach. Being a retired police officer and over 50, I understand the hurdles of balancing family and career over time. Aging does not have to mean being out of shape and gaining fat. Together, we can slow and reverse the aging process - you can actually gain muscle and lose fat at any age.

I started my personal training career back in 2012, prior to that I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay State University. Since then I've instructed an array of group fitness classes and developed personal exercise programs for populations who struggle with congestive heart failure, COPD, and even members with balance and coordination deficiencies. I have continued my education since then keeping up with the latest finds in exercise science but also remaining from one individual to the next. I pride myself in meeting you where you are in your journey and bringing your strengths to the surface. Wellness is a passion of mine and I am dedicated to making your goals a reality through thorough planning and implementation.

Ann has a passion for lifting heavy things and putting them back down. She started taking boot camps in 2012 and lost 40 pounds in a year. She discovered her desire for weightlifting in 2013 and continues trying to inspire men and women to lift and be strong with who they are. Her training style is all about sticking to the fundamental movements.
