Big Band Dances

Location: Centennial Park Event Shelter
7 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturdays June - August (no dance on July 1, 2017)
2018 will be the 35th anniversary of Big Band Dances in Metro Parks. Spend your Saturday nights this summer dancing and listening to live big band music played by some of Nashville's finest musicians. Bring a lawn chair and a blanket.
Come Hungry! One savory and one sweet food truck will be on site. A portion of the food truck proceeds go to supporting this FREE event. Show your support by buying their delicious offerings.
Don't know how to dance? No problem. There are two free group dance lessons sponsored by Nashville Ballroom & Company held from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. and again from 8:30 to 8:50 p.m. The dances taught are listed in parenthesis on the schedule below.
