NCIC / Teletype Section

The mission of the NCIC / Teletype unit is to provide the officer in the field and investigative unit by checking, entering, and clearing property (stolen/lost) and persons (wanted/missing) in the NCIC Database.

The NCIC / Teletype unit also keeps log on non-consent tows reported by wrecker services to assist the public in locating their vehicles and to assist in preventing unnecessary stolen reports.
