Receive Document Copies by Email

In order to receive an emailed copy of any document from our office you will need to send a written request to us, along with a check in the amount of $1.00 per page, with a $2.00 minimum charge to cover the cost of emailing your copy.  If you do not know how many pages the document consists of, you may call us at 615-862-6790, and we will be glad to assist you with that information.  When we get your request, along with a check and email address, we will email your copy or copies immediately.

If you have an escrow account already established with us,you may simply call us, or send an email with your request to rod.infodesk@nashville.gov  and we will email your copies to you, and deduct the amount from your escrow account. For information on setting up an escrow account, refer to the Escrow Accounts section of this site.
