The Trustee's Office is closed to the public through May 29, 2020. Payments can be made online, placed in the secure drop box outside our building, or mailed. The Tax Relief and Tax Freeze deadline has been extended to July 1, 2020. Taxpayers may call 615-862-6330 during normal business hours for assistance.

About Parker Toler

Parker Toler, portrait photo

Parker Toler was appointed Trustee in June, 2019. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Toler worked in the Office of the Trustee on a part-time basis for seven years, working with staff to assist the community in the most efficient way possible. As Trustee, he will ensure that the office continues to improve by offering the latest upgrades and features to the tax accounting system. Additionally, he is excited to bolster the tax relief and tax freeze programs by increasing community outreach and providing additional assistance for tax relief recipients.

Mr. Toler served on the Metropolitan Council for Nashville and Davidson County from 2003-2011, and he retired from the Metropolitan Water Department with 35 years’ service. He remains actively involved with numerous local civic organizations.
