Stormwater Management Committee Meeting Dates and Submittal Deadlines
Stormwater Management Committee meetings are held in the Howard Office Building, Sonny West Conference Center, 700 2nd Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37210.
Due to the overwhelming number of Stormwater Management Committee applications received at the last minute on Wednesdays and the time required to review each application, the deadline to submit complete applications is noon on the application submittal deadline date as noted below. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit applications as early as possible for review prior to the deadline. Incomplete application packages and packages submitted after the Noon deadline will be returned to applicants.
The committee requires that a Pre-Application meeting be held with Stormwater Staff prior to submittal to allow Staff to have the opportunity for a meaningful review of plans, variance requests, and mitigation, to provide feedback and suggestions and any other recommendations they deem appropriate, and to allow the Applicant time to address comments. It is the Applicant's responsibility to schedule a meeting with the Committee Coordinator and provide meeting notes. Staff feedback and suggestions do not preclude the potential that any Committee member may have additional questions or request additional information or level of study at the meeting.
The Metropolitan Nashville - Davidson County Stormwater Management Committee has adopted a monthly meeting schedule. The Committee shall meet on the first Thursday of each month beginning October 2008.
