Perry, Director of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Hartsville, has a diverse educational background spanning fifteen years in higher –education administration in career and technical education, industrial training and workforce development.  Perry was appointed to the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board in 2010 and currently serves as 2nd Vice-Chair.

Nancy Eisenbrandt Nancy Eisenbrandt joined the economic development team of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce in 1980.  In 1990, she was promoted to vice president of business services and in that role developed and led the Chamber’s small business, existing business, international business and workforce initiatives and staff. Today as COO, Nancy leads the Chamber’s operations and infrastructure including accounting and finance, HR, IT, strategic planning, and research.

Duncan, Board Member of the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board, is the current Chair of the Operations Committee, a past Vice Chair of the Board, and current member of the Executive Board.  Mr. Duncan was appointed to the Board since its inception in 1999.  Mr. Duncan is a Gerontologist, and has worked in healthcare planning and development since the mid 1980’s.

Martha TrammellMartha Trammell, Chair of the Youth Council, is an attorney with experience in both the public and private sectors, and has been a member of the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board since 2000.  She retired as Assistant General Counsel, Nissan North America, Inc., after 25 years with the company.
