Eviction Right to Counsel by the Legal Aid Society

Please join the Legal Aid Society and other partners at the presentation of the Eviction Right to Counsel follow-up study. The ERTC is a program that helps constituents facing eviction. The program was started to help Nashvillians stay in their homes. While it is important for us to continue to build more houses, it is also important that we help folks not lose the homes they are in.

As part of council funding for the program, a survey/study was funded to measure the impact of the program. Council Member Suara would therefore like to invite you to this event with the hope that you can learn more, ask questions, and give your feedback.
