Today, the Metro Council and WeGo Transit kick off a series of #TransitMonthNashville partnership events with a #TransitTogether Challenge. With the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center downtown just one block from the Historic Courthouse and City Hall, Vice Mayor Angie E. Henderson, and Council President Pro Tem Sandra Sepulveda are challenging council members and the community to #RollWithWeGo to attend the Monday, April 14 Council committee meetings and the Tuesday, April 15 Council Meeting.
The Metro Council has several more #TransitTogether opportunities planned this month, including with the Vice Mayor to/from the Earth Day Festival at Centennial Park on Saturday, April 19 and with Council Member Sepulveda to/from the Nashville Soccer Club (SC) match on Saturday, April 26 as part of the “Greener Goals” Sustainability Night.
