Mr. Proctor serves as Chief Engineer at Fifth + Broadway. Prior to that he served at Gaylord Opryland as power plant operator of their energy plant (Steam, Chill Water, Co-Gen Power.) Before that he was director of engineering for Marriott with multiple properties and various systems. A Nashville native, he maintains strong connections the maintenance / engineering field here.
