Mr. McKnight joined the C.B. Ragland Company in 2016, having previously served as a Director of the Board since 2011. He is in involved in all aspects of the Company's portfolio management with a focus on development and financing activities. On behalf of the company, he spearheaded the Hyatt Centric Nashville project. Previously, he was Vice President in CBRE's (NYSE: CBRE) Debt & Structured Finance group, where he was involved in the closing of approximately 175 transactions representing over $3.0BB in capital volume. He holds a B.A. in history from the University of the South and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
