Homicide Unit detectives are pursuing leads in the fatal shooting of Brian Minter, 46, who was located deceased Wednesday morning inside an apartment at 2131 Elm Hill Pike.
Minter had been staying at the apartment for a few weeks. He was found by his roommate who returned to the apartment today at 6:30 a.m. and called police. She reported last seeing him Tuesday afternoon. Persons living in the area told detectives that they heard gunfire Tuesday night around 10:30 p.m.
