Davidson County Register of Deeds Karen Johnson has recently graduated from the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI), a prestigious training program designed to enhance leadership skills and deepen participants' understanding of Rotary's mission and service.
The RLI program offers Rotarians advanced education in areas such as communication, decision-making, and team leadership, equipping them with tools to serve more effectively in their clubs and communities. The curriculum also emphasizes personal development and the role of strong leadership in community engagement and service.
