- Over 60 pieces of cardio equipment: treadmills, recumbent/upright bikes, elliptical machines, rowers, helix trainers, upright arm Ergometers, adaptive motion trainer, StairMasters, Arc Trainer and Jacobs Ladder.
- Indoor track approximately 127 yards. One mile equals about 14 laps.
- ADA accessible equipment, including a water-resistance Ergometer with a fully detachable seat for those in a wheelchair

Land Fitness Classes
Boot Camp
Sportsplex Boot Camp classes combine elements of High Intensity Interval Training and Cardio Strength Training to ensure each individual burns the maximum amount of calories possible per session. This inclusive program is for everyone, as the workouts are adaptable no matter your individual fitness level.

Complete Conditioning
This class combines elements of indoor cycling, traditional dumbbell strength training and floor abdominal exercises, ensuring participants a full-body fitness experience.

Low Impact Strength
Don’t let the name fool you, Low Impact Strength may remove the high intensity of our Boot Camp classes but this offering is sure to challenge every level of fitness by incorporating head-to-toe movements using a variety of weight training modalities.

Functional HIT (High Intensity Training) -
Our resident Dr. of kinesiology, Robbie, starts the class by getting participants ready to move with a variety of functional warm-up techniques. Once the body is ready to move, you will get right into a high intensity training program designed for maximum calorie burn. Finally, decompress with stretching techniques formulated to keep muscles, ligaments and tendons strong.

AM RX
AM RX is the perfect prescription to start your weekend. This class will push you beyond your comfort zone to achieve maximum results - working new muscles, building strength and improving cardiorespiratory endurance.

Cardio Strength Training
Just as the title suggests, this class combines cardio training with strength training to maximize your time. Improve cardiovascular fitness and build muscle while contributing to weight loss. Do more work in less time and achieve incredible results.

Funky Fitness
This music-driven class incorporates funky tunes with High Intensity fitness movements to give participants an up-beat lunch-hour experience. Immerse yourself in the music and go all-out in this calorie-smashing offering.

This class is dedicated to sculpting lean muscles in the legs and building a better, stronger core.

Triple Threat
Strength, Conditioning and Core - These three elements of fitness are combined into one class for a head-to-toe experience that will build lean, strong muscles, create an intense calorie burn and a form a sturdy foundation for overall longevity.

Symmetry
Balance your body in this class focusing on accessory exercises to complement primary exercises. Accessory strength movements are designed to support smaller muscles and those that are imbalanced or weaker.

Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is a gentler style of practice, performed slower with less intense positions. Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without injury risk.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

Power Flow Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

Gravity Yoga
Gravity Yoga is a unique mobility training that opens up tight hips, back, shoulders and hamstrings. The practice is slow, deliberate and sometimes uncomfortable as poses are held for 2-5min. It is popular worldwide and easily accessible to anyone with results seen in as little as 4 weeks. Prescribed breathing techniques are used to help increase flexibility and find relaxation.

Water Fitness Classes
Senior Splash
Improve your overall functional fitness level while having fun with aqua noodles, kick boards, and other resistance equipment. This is a great class for beginners, seniors, or those in rehabilitation.
Only $3.00 for seniors to participate in this class! $3.00 covers Senior Splash class only and does not include admission to other amenities, e.g. the Fitness Center.
