Improve your life, physically and emotionally! Exercise at the Centennial Sportsplex Fitness Center. We offer a clean, spacious, and modern facility, with plenty of up-to-date equipment and friendly, qualified staff for comprehensive and stimulating cardiovascular and strength training sessions. Benefits of regular exercise include weight loss, increased bone density, increased joint and connective tissue strength, improved self-image, an increase in muscle mass, increased endurance, improved flexibility, more energy, better sleep quality, and increased immunity to disease. We offer a 2400 square foot fitness center with weight machines (Body Masters), treadmills, stair machines, exercise cycles, a rowing machine and a Gravitron. We also have a 530 square-foot Free Weight Room equipped with Body Masters benches, squat rack, and preacher curl.

Classes

We have an array of fitness classes, both on land and in the water, that we offer at Centennial Sportsplex. We are always changing our offerings, so please check back often to see what we have in store for you next! With all of our fitness classes, please work at your own pace to reduce the risk of injuries.

Land Fitness Classes

Body Sculpt: Challenge and push your body to a new level. This class targets all major muscle groups of the body by utilizing free weights, body bars, resistance bands, and more.

Body Workshop: This workshop keeps your muscles guessing - no plateau effect here! It uses a constantly changing format of strength training and cardio to stimulate weight loss and increase strength.

Boot Camp: It is back to basics with this class that uses jump ropes, medicine balls, and calisthenics. Outdoor work is included, weather permitting. This is a complete body workout.

Gentle Yoga: Calm your mind as you relieve the stress of the day. Gradually increase your range of motion with basic and easy to learn yoga poses. This class is beginner friendly.

Hip Hop: This class is combines of dance moves, high energy, and motivating music. It is a great way to gain core strength and ramp up your cardio workout in a fun way.

Kickboxing: This class combines elements from boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Continued attendance will help to improve balance and flexibility.

Piloga: This class combines dynamic yoga poses with the deep muscle toning effects of Pilates. Featured exercises will help to improve strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance.

Restorative Yoga: This class is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Focusing on restoring and repairing the body. Deep stretching using breath and meditation complements the relaxing elements of this practice.

Step: Come get your heart pumping and your body sweating on our adjustable platform benches. This class is fun and challenging for all levels of steppers. Please inform your instructor if you are new to class. To increase the level of intensity, be sure to raise the bench height or add some power moves.

Vinyasa Yoga: An active flow class with dynamic sequencing to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Yoga: Quiet the mind and enjoy this more advanced yoga class. This class focuses on more advanced yoga positions and helps to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and concentration.

Zumba: This fun Latin inspired cardio class is a great fat burner. With easy to follow moves and some killer dance beats, it is high energy and a lot of fun.

Water Fitness Classes

Aquacise: This strength and tone workout water exercise class teaches how to use the hydro-tone, noodles, and kickboards to increase your strength and muscular endurance with less stress on your joints.

Aqua Power: This is a fast paced water exercise workout is designed to improve cardio and muscular endurance.

Senior Splash: This water exercise class improves your overall functional fitness level while having fun with aqua noodles, kick boards and other resistance equipment. A great class for beginners, seniors, or those in rehabilitation. *Only $3 for seniors to participate in this class!

Sunrise Splash: This water exercise class is a great way to wake up as it focuses on cardio and strength training, but is not overly strenuous.

*$3 only covers Senior Splash class and does not include admission to other amenities e.g. fitness center.
