Fannie Mae Dees Park Picnic Shelter

Fannie Mae Dees Park, located at 2400 Blakemore Avenue, is also known as Dragon Park because of the large mosaic serpent sculpture that slithers through the landscape. The park takes its official name from the local civic leader Fannie Mae Dees, and was created in 1978.

The picnic shelter at Fannie Mae Dees Park is available for rental. Please call 862-8408 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-noon) or visit the Metro Parks Reservations Center (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-noon OR 1:00-3:00pm) located at 2565 Park Plaza, Nashville, TN 37203.
