Special Event Permit
There are many beautiful locations to hold special events in Metro Nashville Parks. These can be a wide range of things that include but are not limited to weddings, charity runs or walk, concerts, or cultural events.
We are happy to work with you to discuss locations and go over rules and regulations so that you can have a great event in one of the parks.
In most cases Metro Nashville Parks require a permit for events held on parks property.
In some cases the permit will require approval by the Metro Parks Board. Parks Board approval is always required when sound amplification is requested or if alcohol is part of your event. The Parks Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month and application submissions are required 60 days before your proposed event.
