Centennial Park Weddings

Centennial Art Center Courtyard and Herb Garden

Within Centennial Park, at the Centennial Art Center, the Herb Society of Nashville donates and maintains a beautiful year round Herb Garden that surrounds the back courtyard water fountain. The adjacent courtyard is furnished with tables and chairs. A wonderful area to host events like weddings, lunch meetings, club meetings, get-togethers with friends, or just relaxing in the serenity of the Park. The courtyard can be rented for private parties as well as weddings. Access to the courtyard is free and open to the public Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Permit fee is $250 for Davidson County residents and $300 for non- residents.
Event attendance is limited to 150 people.

Stone Hall

A historic property acquired by Metro Parks in 2007, is on the National Register of Historic Places, noted for its significance in Colonial Revival architecture.

Rental fee:

Monday through Thursday -- $85 per hour

Friday through Sunday -- $150 per hour

Capacity: Inside wedding, everyone seated - 40 to 45

Inside reception, everyone seated - 40

Inside reception, cocktail setting - about 70

Outside wedding - about 100

Inside/outside reception - about 110

  • Fee is $250 for Davidson County residents and $300 for non- residents.
  • Two time frames to choose from: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Attendance is limited to 150 guests, and 150 chairs.
  • Amplified music is permitted with approval by Metropolitan Board of Parks & Recreation.
  • Electricity, water , and restrooms are not available onsite. Portable restrooms must be delivered for events.

  • Reservation fee is $1,000 per day for residents of Davidson County and $1,100 per day for non residents
  • Decorations are allowed and must be removed immediately after event.
  • Portable restrooms must be delivered for special events.
  • Parking is limited.
  • Electricity and water are not available on site.
  • Alcohol and amplified music are permitted with approval by the Board of Parks & Recreation.

Hodge House in Percy Warner Park

Hodge House was built by the Hodge family around 1811, and the family and their descendants lived on and loved this land until 1928, when it became part of Percy Warner Park. In 2007, Metro Parks of Nashville and Friends of Warner Parks orchestrated the effort to salvage logs, hardware, and other parts of the original house. Rental of the Hodge House property includes: 10 space parking lot with additional parking for visitors who need ADA accessibility, air-conditioned/heated indoor space, early 20th century porches, one working fireplace, and tables and chairs to accommodate 30 people.
