ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-107 -- An Ordinance amending Chapter 17.40 of the Metropolitan Code to require replacement panels in multi-tenant signs to be consistent with the other signage on the property, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 2012Z-004TX-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-106 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R10 to SP zoning for property located at 2158 Una Antioch Pike, approximately 1,915 feet south of Murfreesboro Pike (8.9 acres) and within the Floodplain Overlay District, to permit an assisted living and/or nursing facility, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-024-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-105 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by making applicable the provisions of a Neighborhood Landmark Overlay District for property located at 209 Danyacrest Drive, at the northeast corner of Danyacrest Drive and Jenry Drive (2.78 acres), zoned RS15, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011NL-002-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-104 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from the R6 to CS district for properties located at 200, 202, 204 and 206 Oceola Avenue, at the northeast corner of Oceola Avenue and Burgess Avenue (0.91 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2012Z-004PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-103 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from from RM6 to SP zoning for property located at Franklin Limestone Road (unnumbered), approximately 1,725 feet east of Antioch Pike (40.18 acres), and within the Floodplain Overlay District, to an asphalt plant and associated uses including temporary mineral extraction allowing blasting and crushing of stone for sale/transfer from the site during site preparation for asphalt plant, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2012SP-002-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-102 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from CS to SP zoning for property located at 2712 Clarksville Pike, approximately 250 feet east of Ed Temple Boulevard (0.37 acres), to permit vehicular rental/leasing and all other uses permitted by the CS District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-025-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-101 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a portion of the Ravenwood Residential Planned Unit Development Overlay District located on the north side of Stones River Road northwest of Lebanon Pike zoned RM6 and RS10 by adding approximately 4.9 acres zoned AR2a and proposed for RS10 and by changing the layout of a portion of the overlay to permit a total of 337 residential units within the entire overlay, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2005P-030-003).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-100 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from the AR2a district to RS10 district for a portion of property located at 1176 Stones River Road, north of Stone Hall Boulevard (4.9 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2012Z-003PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-99 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending the SP District (adopted with Council Bill BL2006-1229) for the previously approved H & M Motors Specific Plan District located at 1525 4th Avenue South, at the northwest corner of 4th Avenue South and Mallory Street (0.44 acres), to permit Auto Sales New, Auto Sales Used, Auto Service and all uses permitted by MUL-A zoning and to remove the condition required by BL2006-1229 for a sidewalk along Mallory Street, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2006SP-105-002).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-98 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from OR20 to SP zoning for property located at 554 Hickory Hills Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet north of Old Hickory Boulevard (25.0 acres), to permit a building expansion to a maximum of 295,000 total square feet to an existing building permitting distributive business, warehouse and light manufacturing uses, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2012SP-003-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-97 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by cancelling the Red Kap Industries Industrial Planned Unit Development Overlay District located at 554 Hickory Hills Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet north of Old Hickory Boulevard, zoned OR20 and proposed for SP (25.0 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 96-81P-002).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-96 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from the OR20 to MUL district for property located at 105 Duling Avenue, approximately 195 feet east of Gallatin Pike (0.19 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-025PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-95 -- An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing the name of Mt. View Parkway to Crossings Boulevard (Proposal No. 2012M-002SR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-94 -- An ordinance abandoning approximately 530 feet of a 2 inch water main and easement on properties located at 2801 and 2815 Lebanon Pike at the southeast corner of Lebanon Pike and Donelson Pike. (Proposal No. 2011M-017ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-93 -- An ordinance amending Ordinance No. BL2011-950 to define the owner of the Project related to the negotiation and acceptance of payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to Standard Candy Company.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-92 -- An Ordinance amending Chapter 17.40 of the Metropolitan Code relative to the period of inactivity for nonconforming uses and for nonconforming structures damaged by a disaster, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 2012Z-001TX-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-91 -- An Ordinance amending Section 2.04.030 of the Metropolitan Code to require fiscal impact statements to be prepared for pending legislation.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-90 -- An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by abandoning a portion of Fransworth Drive right-of-way (Proposal No. 2011M-012AB-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-89 -- An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by abandoning a portion of Alley No. 1806 (Proposal No. 2012M-001AB-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-88 -- An ordinance defining conditions for hardships for preservation permits reviewed by the Metropolitan Government’s Historic Zoning Commission (Proposal No. 2012Z-002TX-002).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-87 -- A Ordinance authorizing Trevecca Nazarene University to install, construct and maintain an underground encroachment between 93 and 86 Nance Lane (Proposal No. 2012M-001EN-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-86 -- An ordinance abandoning 450 feet of an 8 inch sanitary sewer line and public utility easements retained by Ordinance No. O65-483 and Ordinance No. O79-1477 and to accept the relocation of 234 feet of an 8 inch DIP sewer main and a manhole located at 28th Avenue North (unnumbered) (Proposal No. 2011M-015ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-85 -- An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of certain right of way easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation for use in public projects of the Metropolitan Government, initially for purposes of Public Works Department Project Number 2010-B-002, bridge replacement on Orlando Avenue (Proposal No. 2010M-027ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-84 -- An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of certain right of way easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation for use in public projects of the Metropolitan Government, initially for purposes of Public Works Department Project Number 2011-M-4, sidewalk improvements on Harding Place from Nolensville Pike to I-24 (Proposal No. 2012M-002PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-83 -- An Ordinance amending Chapter 15.52 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to the extension of water mains to properties served by wells.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-82 -- An Ordinance adding a new Chapter 10.90 to the Metropolitan Code of Laws to authorize the acceptance of incomplete infrastructure for public completion and maintenance under limited circumstances in the interest of public health and safety.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-81 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CS to SP zoning for property located at 1809 Gallatin Pike, northeast of Myatt Drive (4.93 acres), to permit automobile sales (used), automobile service, automobile repair, car wash, and all uses permitted in the CS district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2012SP-001-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-80 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, to modify Section 17.16.030.E (Adaptive Residential Development) (Proposal No. 2011Z-018TX-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-79 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by amending the Mansion at Fontanel SP District for properties located at 4105, 4125, and 4225 Whites Creek Pike, approximately 1,000 feet north of Lloyd Road (136.04 acres) and within the Floodplain Overlay District, to modify a condition of BL2009-561, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2009SP-022-004).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-78 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by making applicable the provisions of a preliminary approval for the Pro N Stall Commercial Planned Unit Development Overlay for property located at 5924 Mt View Road, approximately 600 feet north of Murfreesboro Pike (1.28 acres), zoned AR2a and proposed for CS, to permit the conversion of a single-family residence for building contractor supply and distributive business wholesale uses and in the future to replace the building with two new buildings for a total of 11,350 square feet to permit all uses of the CS district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011P-001-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-77 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from AR2a to CS zoning for property located at 5924 Mt View Road, approximately 600 feet north of Murfreesboro Pike (1.28 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-022PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-76 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CS to SP zoning for properties located at 6028 and 6030 Neighborly Avenue and at 317, 319 and 321 Balmy Avenue, at the northwest corner of Neighborly Avenue and Balmy Avenue (0.99 acres), to permit auto sales (used), auto repair and all uses permitted in the CS district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-029-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-75 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by amending a portion of the Seven Springs Planned Unit Development Overlay District for property located at 323 Seven Springs Way, opposite Cloverland Drive (3.71 acres), zoned OR40, to permit 144 multi-family units in a four-story building where 72 multi-family units were previously approved, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 98P-007-002).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-74 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from SP District to AR2a zoning for property located at Maxwell Road (unnumbered), approximately 1,575 feet east of Flagstone Drive (9.52 acres) and within the Floodplain Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2006SP-081-002).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-73 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by amending the Davenport Downs SP District for properties located at 4334 Maxwell Road and Maxwell Road (unnumbered), approximately 430 feet east of Flagstone Drive (65.74 acres), to permit 207 single-family residential units where 318 residential units were previously approved, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2006SP-081-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-72 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CL to SP zoning for property located at 5828 Nolensville Pike, approximately 1,400 feet south of Old Hickory Boulevard (1.08 acres), to permit an automatic car wash facility and all uses permitted in the CL District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-012-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-71 -- An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CS to SP zoning for property located at 5909 Charlotte Pike, approximately 1,235 feet west of Oceola Avenue (0.75 acres), to permit auto repair, auto sales (used), and all uses permitted by the CS district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-028-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-70 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from RS5 to ON zoning for a portion of property located at 3614 Baxter Avenue, approximately 390 feet north of Hart Lane (0.12 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-023PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-69 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by amending the SP District (adopted with Council Bill BL2007-1357) for the previously approved Gaylord Specific Plan District (106.9 acres), and to add properties zoned R15 and CL, located at 2716, 2728 and 2730 Pennington Bend Road and at McGavock Pike (unnumbered) (22.24 acres) for a total of 129.14 acres within the SP district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2007SP-014-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-68 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CS to OR20 zoning for properties located at 7201 Charlotte Pike and at Charlotte Pike (unnumbered), approximately 3,400 feet east of Old Hickory Boulevard (15.98 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-021PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-67 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CS to MUL-A zoning for properties located at 5102, 5104, 5106 and 5108 Delaware Avenue, approximately 150 feet west of 51st Avenue North (0.69 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-019PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-66 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from MUL to SP zoning for a portion of properties located at 2300 and 2302 Riverside Drive, at the intersection of Riverside Drive and McGavock Pike (0.19 acres), to permit an animal boarding facility and all uses permitted in the MUL district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-027-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-65 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance amending Section 11.12.070 of the Metropolitan Code to limit noise from establishments in the downtown area during hours when they are not open for business.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-64 -- (Withdrawn 12/06/2011) An ordinance abandoning approximately 530 feet of a 2 inch water main and easement on properties located at 2801 and 2815 Lebanon Pike at the southeast corner of Lebanon Pike and Donelson Pike (Proposal No. 2011M-017ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-63 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance authorizing the abandonment of 102 feet of storm sewer and a 10 foot public utility and drainage easement on properties located at 620 and 624 Belle Park Circle on the north side of Forrest Park Drive in connection with Project 11-DL-45 (Proposal No. 2011M-018ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-62 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by abandoning a portion of 12th Avenue South (Proposal No. 2011M-011AB-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-61 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing the name of a portion of Sixth Street to “Jones Pointe” (Proposal No. 2011M-003SR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-60 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance readopting the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, prepared by Municipal Code Corporation including supplemental and replacement pages thereof, containing certain ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted on or before August 16, 2011.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-59 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance approving an affiliation agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Fire Department, Division of Emergency Medical Services, and Bar Education, Inc. for students to receive clinical instruction and training.

SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-58 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance authorizing the Industrial Development Board of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to negotiate and accept payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (and its subsidiaries) and its Project Developer.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-57 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance naming the Madison Police Precinct in honor of Officer Paul Scurry.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-56 -- An ordinance naming the General Sessions Court Judicial Library in honor of Judge Leon Ruben.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-55 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance adopting the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Proposal No. 2011M-001OT-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-54 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of a property or easement to be used for an upgrade to the Hillview Water Pumping Station, Project No. 10-WG-0063, on property located at 900 Old Hickory Boulevard (Proposal No. 2011M-011ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-53 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a right-of-entry and easement from Grand Ole Opry, LLC on a portion of the property located at 116 Opry Place, approximately 215 feet south of Commerce Street, to install a fire hydrant (Proposal No. 2011M-019ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-52 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance approving and accepting a combined contribution in the total amount of $60,000 from Hillsboro Plaza Retail Partners III, LLC and Davis Street Land Company of Tennessee, L.L.C. toward the cost of signal improvements at the intersection of Abbott Martin Road and Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-51 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance approving two agreements relating to the acquisition of property for use as a public park and open space (Proposal No. 2011M-021PR-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-50 -- (Enacted 12/20/2011) An ordinance granting the Purchasing Agent and the Metropolitan Employee Benefit Board the authority to extend the current medical plan contracts for up to two years.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-49 -- (Deferred Indefinitely 01/17/2012) An Ordinance amending Chapter 6.74 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to the regulation and operation of motorized, non-taxi passenger vehicles for hire.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-48 -- (Deferred Indefinitely 01/03/2012) An Ordinance amending Chapter 17.40 of the Metropolitan Code relative to the destruction of nonconforming signs, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 2011Z-019TX-001).

SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-47 -- (Enacted 01/17/2012) An ordinance to amend Title 8 and Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code to modify the regulations and standards pertaining to the keeping of chickens (Proposal No. 2011Z-020TX-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-46 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of an easement located at 7158 Old Hickory Boulevard, south of Lickton Pike, for the Whites Creek Streambank Stabilization Project (Proposal No. 2011M-012ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-45 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance to abandon approximately 825 feet of a 6 inch water main and 110 feet of an 8 inch sanitary sewer line, and to accept the relocation of 765 feet of a 10 inch water main, 12 feet of an 8 inch water main, 1 fire hydrant, and 1 manhole located at 2010 Bernard Circle, west of 12th Avenue South (Proposal No. 2011M-014ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-44 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance authorizing the purchase of easements to be used for the Metro Center Pump Station Upgrade on properties located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mainstream Drive and Great Circle Road, Project No. 12-SW-0017 (Proposal No. 2011M-016ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-43 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of an easement on a portion of property located at 826 Cammack Court, approximately 875 feet east of Rodney Drive (Proposal No. 2011M-013ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-42 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to enter into Utility Relocation Contract No. 7822 with the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation, Project No. 19959-2583-94, to construct PIN Number 106007.00, Battery Lane bridge over West Fork Brown’s Creek at LM 4.31.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-41 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An Ordinance amending Section 7.16.120 of the Metropolitan Code by changing the residency and stock ownership requirements for applicants seeking a certificate of compliance for a retail liquor license issued by the State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-40 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance amending Title 5 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws relative to the privilege tax on the sale of tickets to events at the municipal stadium.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-34 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An Ordinance amending Chapter 10.28 of the Metropolitan Code relative to the regulation of excessive growth of vegetation and accumulation of weeds.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-33 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance amending Chapter 4.44 of the Metropolitan Code to provide the ability for procurement assistance to Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-32 -- (Deferred Indefinitely 12/06/2011) An Ordinance amending Section 4.20.065 of the Metropolitan Code to require Metropolitan Government contractors to present proof of a valid business tax license before receiving payment for performance of the contract.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-31 -- (Enacted 12/06/2011) An ordinance amending Chapter 2.222 of the Metropolitan Code regulating the acceptance of food and beverages for Metropolitan Government employees, elected officials, and members of boards and commissions.

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-27 -- (Enacted 11/15/2011) An ordinance to amend Chapter 17.12 (District Bulk Provisions) of the Metropolitan Zoning Code by adding a note to the District Bulk Tables to clarify minimum lot requirements when a right-of-way dedication is required (Proposal 2011Z-013TX-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-25 -- (Deferred Indefinitely 11/15/2011) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from RS15 to SP zoning for a portion of property located at 3810 Kings Lane, approximately 1,250 feet west of Clarksville Pike (0.02 acres), to permit a sign totaling 96 square feet in size containing a 33 square foot digital reader board, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-020-001).

ORDINANCE NO. ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-23 -- (Enacted 11/15/2011) An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from CA to SP zoning for properties located within the Willie's Nightlife Commercial Planned Unit Development Overlay District at 2620 and 2622 Music Valley Drive, approximately 1,965 feet east of Pennington Bend Road (7.31 acres), to permit "Heavy Equipment Sales and Service", and all other uses permitted by the CA zoning district, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2011SP-021-001).

ORDINANCE NO. BL2011-8 -- (Enacted 11/15/2011) An ordinance to abandon approximately 240 feet of a 102” combination sewer main and accept the approximately 400 feet of relocated 102” combination sewer main on property located at 220 25th Avenue North, at the intersection of 25th Avenue North and Brandau Place, and authorizing the execution of the documents to carry out said transaction (Proposal No. 2011M-007ES-001).

ORDINANCE NO.
