The Dickerson North Corridor Study Plan (Static Draft) will be considered on public hearing at the September 24 Metro Planning Commission.
The updated draft plan incorporates feedback received during the 3 week public review period. Overall, the changes made include visual improvements made for clarity and legibility and minor amendments and clarifications to the text. Use the Dickerson North Draft Plan Changes Tracker to review the substantive changes.
The Dickerson North Corridor Study will create a vision to guide investment and development on Dickerson Pike between Pages Branch and Skyline Ridge Road. It is the second half of the Dickerson Pike planning process. The first part of the planning process Dickerson South Corridor Study, covers Spring Street to Pages Branch.
