About the Plan
The Bordeaux/Whites Creek Community Plan was most recently updated in August 2017, as part of a scheduled review of the NashvilleNext long-range plan.
All of the Planning Department's fourteen Community Plans are guided by the Community Character Manual, a document which provides detailed policy guidance based on the look and feel of neighborhoods, centers, corridors and open spaces.

Haynes Trinity Area Plan
At the end of the Bordeaux/Whites Creek/Haynes Trinity Community Plan, you will find a small area plan for Haynes Trinity. The small area plan illustrates the neighborhood vision, taking into account various interests and balanced with sound planning principles. The small area plan is used as a starting point for discussing future entitlements and public and private investment, including zone changes and development applications.
