Building Operations Support Services (BOSS) is responsible for the management of approximately 4.5 million square feet across 100 Metro facilities and properties. Managed facilities include Historic Courthouse, Justice A. A. Birch Building, Fulton Campus, Commons at the Crossings, and a number of police precincts, fire stations, and other Metro facilities.
Building Operations Support Services is composed of the following programs, which deliver a myriad of building and facility-related services.
ADA Compliance and Safety Services assists Metro departments and agencies by providing support services toward ensuring the accessibility of programs and activities. Major functions of this program include ADA compliance reviews for construction/alteration projects and providing informational assistance.

Construction Services oversees new construction and the modification and renovation of select Metro facilities.
Interior Design and Relocation Services manages design-related aspects of workspace and furnishings renovations and are also responsible for related project logistics.

Building Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance - reactive and preventive, and repair of select Metro facilities, facility systems, and properties.
Building Operations is also responsible for overseeing the on-going installation and maintenance of security, alarm, and access control infrastructure and related measures in select Metro facilities.
