Enter the parking garage via Lifeway Plaza next to the Hampton Inn + Suites, or Nelson Merry St. between Capitol View and Hampton Inn + Suites.
Please park on the first level of the garage and enter the building through the glass door. Once inside the lobby, take a left-to-use elevator and press “6” on the keypad, which will then indicate which elevator you should use.
Our parking garage is managed by Metropolis. The NCVC still offers free parking to you as our guest and the first two hours are automatically complimentary. If you are in our office for longer than 2 hours, you will need to scan a QR code before you leave our office to receive the complimentary parking. If you do not have an account with Metropolis, you will be asked to set one up the first time you scan the QR code. It’s a simple process and will only take a few minutes.
