The Metro Social Services Workforce Development program will assist customers by providing services through employment training and comprehensive case management, leading to stable housing, and permanent employment.
Process
Customers who seek to obtain employment will be directed to indicate that on the intake survey when they come to the office or select that option on the online appointment request form. They will be asked to complete an employment survey, used to identify barriers customers are facing locating employment.
Once the form is done, customers will go through the usual Metro Social Services intake process and be assigned a case manager and Workforce Development Associates.
