All Centennial meeting rooms at the Lentz Public Health Center are strictly reserved for the Metro Public Health Department’s use during the COVID-19 outbreak. We will re-post the public application form when the situation permits.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at the same time remind all event organizers that gatherings of people should be limited at this time. We encourage you to consider seriously whether it is critically important that you meet in person right now. If you must, we strongly encourage you to use teleconferencing or other remote means to allow participation other than in-person attendance.
