OMAR focuses on translating data into actionable insights, ensuring data is used to create clear, strategic actions that improve health outcomes and safeguard communities. The team conducts daily surveillance of data sources to monitor trends, identify emerging threats and respond rapidly to evolving situations. OMAR uses advanced techniques to detect patterns, clusters and anomalies, allowing outbreaks and irregularities to be identified at an early stage. The OMAR team regularly produces reports to keep stakeholders informed, providing valuable insights that support ongoing decision-making. Monthly stakeholder and acute response meetings ensure that all partners are aligned and equipped to respond swiftly to urgent public health concerns.
