Notice is hereby given that the Metro Public Health Department will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Lentz Public Health Center, 2500 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, for the purpose of receiving comments on the Pollution Control Division’s proposed changes to Regulation No. 13, “Part 70 Operating Permit Program.” Regulation No. 13 is being revised to eliminate a provision that was vacated by the courts. Written comments will be included in the hearing record if received by September 2 2025, at 4:00 p.m., in the Pollution Control Division Office. Those testifying at the public hearing are encouraged to also submit their comments in writing. A copy of the draft Regulation No. 13 is available at Health Department Division of Pollution Control Regulation 13 Part 70 Operating Permit Program Draft. Questions regarding the proposed regulation should be directed to Mr. John Finke, Director, Metro Public Health Department, Pollution Control Division at 615-340-5653. About the Public Hearing
This public hearing is subject to the provisions of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, Chapter 10.56, “Air Pollution Control," Section 10.56.110, “Rules and Regulations – Hearings Procedure” which require public notification at least 30 days prior to the hearing. public comment period. The hearing will be held on August 26, 2025 at the Metro Public Health Department, 2500 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee.
