Operators can now pay for their permit from the Metro Public Health Department's Food Protection and Public Facilities Division online. To submit your payment online, you will need your Permit Number, the name of your permitted establishment, the address of your permitted establishment and a credit card. Online payment also requires a valid email address for receipt. A 2.3% fee will be added for using the portal.
Separate portals are available for food service establishment permits and other public facility permits. Permits for public facilities that are not food service establishments should replace "Public Facilities" in the payment portal with the corresponding facility type, such as Hotel, Public Swimming Pool, etc.
