Continuum of Care Homelessness Planning Council Performance Evaluation Committee Meeting, December 10, 2025

Note: This the meeting (originally scheduled for December 17) has been moved up one week to accommodate the proposed timeline for the 2025 Continuum of Care Local Funding Competition.

The Performance Evaluation Committee (PEC) annually prepares scoring matrices for Continuum of Care funded programs, provides trainings for potential grant applicants, scores grant applications, oversees program performance, and presents preliminary rankings of grant proposals to the Homelessness Planning Council for approval.
