Property owners/landlords may receive $500 for lease-ups through the Low Barrier Housing Collective, without limitation.
Property owners/landlords may receive up to $2500 per lease-up for turnkey repairs (max. of 5 units). Turnkey repairs include any repairs made to the leased property to make it move-in ready.
Tenants will receive wrap-around services provided by our local service providers that focus on continuous support during residency that include, but are not limited to: case management, daily living skills, budgeting, employment, mental health support, recovery support, education, childcare, positive recreational activities, etc. The goal for wrap-around services is to foster a successful housing journey.
Housing stabilization services are available to the property owner/landlord and the tenant at any time during residency. Services include tenant readiness classes, a landlord help line, and landlord/tenant conflict resolution services. Housing stabilization services can be provided by phone, via email, virtually, or on-site.
