When we take action to protect the environment, we are supporting the needs of Nashville’s future generations. With an eye towards the future, it is also important that present-day city planning is a multi-generational effort that includes youth voices now. In order to be inclusive, we need the voices of those impacted by planning decisions to be heard. The youth at Civic Design Center are advocating for a Nashville that meets the needs of their generation.
