The Performance Evaluation Committee (PEC) annually prepares scoring matrices for Continuum of Care funded programs, provides trainings for potential grant applicants, scores grant applications, oversees program performance, and presents preliminary rankings of grant proposals to the Homelessness Planning Council for approval.
Please note that this meeting is taking place at the East Police Precinct to allow for enough space and time for discussion regarding the FY2025 Continuum of Care Local Funding Competition.
