The local Continuum of Care (CoC) application is now open for submissions in the Zoom Grants portal. You can access the application at this link: Local Application.
This application will be due by midnight on July 19, 2026.
If you have any questions about the local application, you may submit them via email to [email protected]. All questions must be submitted by June 30. Shortly afterward, an addendum including all of the submitted questions and answers will be issued to the public via this list serv. All questions must be submitted by that date to be answered by the Collaborative Applicant; late questions will not be included.
The questions in the local application have been primarily sourced from the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) issued by HUD earlier this month. OHS strongly encourages applicants to read the NOFO in full for information on the types of projects and applicants that are eligible for funding.
On June 11, the National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) hosted a webinar titled "Understanding HUD's FY 2026 NOFO." This webinar includes important information about the NOFO. If you were unable to watch, the webinar was recorded. You can view it here:

OHS hosted two interest meetings on June 16. These two meetings were recorded and are accessible below. If an interested applicant was unable to attend, we strongly suggest that you view these two interest meetings, as all points of the application process were discussed in detail.
