Continuum of Care Homelessness Planning Council Performance Evaluation Committee Meeting, June 3, 2025

The Performance Evaluation Committee (PEC) annually prepares scoring matrices for Continuum of Care funded programs, provides trainings for potential grant applicants, scores grant applications, oversees program performance, and presents preliminary rankings of grant proposals to the Homelessness Planning Council for approval.

This is a special meeting of the Performance Evaluation Committee to review applications for the CoC Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity.

Pursuant to T. C. A. § 8-44-12, time is reserved at the beginning of Continuum of Care meetings for public comment that is germane to action items on the agenda. Up to five people will be allowed up to two minutes each to speak. Speakers must register within one half hour prior to the beginning of the meeting by signing their name on a physical signup sheet available at the entrance.
