Continuum of Care Homelessness Planning Council Point in Time Count Subcommittee Meeting, January 16, 2025

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires communities across the country to take a census of the people experiencing ‘literal homelessness’ on one night during the last ten days of January. This count is intended to create a snapshot of the homeless population in Nashville at that ‘point-in-time’. The Point-in-Time Count subcommittee plans and oversees the methodology and coordination of this annual count, operating as a subcommittee of the Data and HMIS Oversight Committee.
