Clients experiencing homelessness often need assistance obtaining their documents, like a State ID, birth certificate, and social security card, in order to secure housing and other resources. The ability to help a client achieve "document readiness" is an important skill for Outreach Workers and Case Managers.
Please join us virtually via Teams for a document readiness training led by Jesse Call, Resident Case Manager at The Village at Glencliff. Jesse will walk us through the systems and processes for obtaining documents and share tips on how to overcome common barriers. Please register in advance to receive the virtual Teams meeting link.
