Project Information
This project includes the addition of left turn lanes at all four intersection approaches, new sidewalks with curb and gutter and stormwater improvements. The project was complete on December 20, 2025.
In addition to the intersection improvements project, there are two other Metro Water projects near the intersection of Estes Road and Hobbs Road.

Community Engagement
Wednesday, November 6 at 3:30 p.m. NDOT staff held a meeting to discuss the proposed intersection improvements and detour plan for the project.
