Project Status
Phase: Construction
Work will resume after the holidays with remaining curb, gutter, and sidewalk installation. After the new year, crews will focus on the remaining concrete work, wall construction, and final paving. All work is weather dependent.
The sidewalk and curb in front of Carrabba’s are already complete, and there will be no traffic impacts on Hillsboro until after the new year. The only work continuing through the holidays will be at the old CVS site, with no impact to Crestmoor or Hillsboro.
The project is currently on track for substantial completion in late March, with only punch‑list items to follow.
