Mobile Outreach Clinical Services
The Metro Public Health Department’s Mobile Outreach Clinical Services unit ensures the community can receive important health services across Nashville and Davidson County.
At all stops of the Mobile Outreach Clinical Services unit, the public can either receive the following services or be referred to an agency for these services:
Services offered any time
- Immunizations
- School/college/immigration immunization certificates
- Family Planning
- Counseling
- Birth Control
- Pregnancy testing and counseling
- Sexually Transmitted Infection testing and treatment
- Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) counseling
Services offered by appointment
- Family Planning
- Annual exams for women
- Breast and cervical cancer screenings
Available to all at any time
- Narcan/Naloxone distribution
- Gun lock distribution
- Sexual health supplies (condoms, etc.)
- Cup covers
Referrals available
- WIC
- MPHD Pharmacy
- Tuberculosis
Tenncare is accepted and CoverKids is also accepted for limited services. For those with private insurance or without insurance, services are offered on a sliding scale according to income.
