Notice Regarding Use of Lentz Centennial Rooms
Two of three Centennial meeting rooms on the first floor of the Lentz Public Health Center are available to established, local, non-profit organizations of a public, civic, education or cultural nature, and to government agencies. The maximum capacity for each room is 40 people per room.
Applications must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the meeting date and will not be accepted more than six months from the request date; that is, a meeting request for March 1, 2024 would not be accepted prior to October 1, 2023.
The current form to request use of space is found at Lentz Centennial Room Request Application Form. The current form must be completed in full and emailed to: [email protected].
The Metro Public Health Department reserves the right to cancel, at will, any and all meetings as the needs of the department dictate.
